These terms apply when you use lotteryteller.com. By using the site you agree to them.
What LotteryTeller is
An independent fan community that publishes lottery results for information and entertainment. We are not a lottery, and we don't sell tickets or take bets.
Results are for information only
We publish results after they are confirmed, but mistakes can happen and the official lottery's results always prevail. Check a ticket with the lottery before you discard it or make a claim.
Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older, or older where local law requires, to join the waitlist or become a member.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, please:
- Don't copy results in bulk or crawl the site in a way that slows it down. The public API has its own rate limits.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
- Don't use the site for anything that is illegal where you live.
Names and trademarks
Game names, lottery names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the games and lotteries whose results we show.
No warranty
We provide the site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on it, including an error in a published result.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date on this page shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
